1. Acceptance of Terms
By joining and playing on CelestiumCrafts or purchasing any digital items, ranks, or packages from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service (ToS). Failure to comply may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.

2. Gameplay Rules
All players must follow the server rules listed in-game and on our official Discord or website.
No cheating, exploiting, or using unauthorized modifications.
No griefing, harassment, or hate speech.
Respect staff decisions at all times.
Violation of these rules may result in bans or account penalties, without refund.

3. Payments and Donations
All payments made through our official store (e.g., CraftingStore) are voluntary contributions to support the server.
All items, ranks, and rewards are digital goods with no real-world value.
Purchases are non-refundable, even in cases of server downtime, bans, or rank removal due to rule violations.
Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in an immediate ban from all CelestiumCrafts services.

4. Delivery of Digital Goods
Purchased ranks, kits, or items are typically delivered instantly or within 24 hours.
If you did not receive your purchase after that time, please contact staff through our Discord support or email.

5. Refund Policy
As all products are non-tangible digital items, we do not offer refunds.
Refunds may only be granted in rare cases of technical errors caused by our systems and verified by staff.

6. Rank & Perk Adjustments
We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove rank perks, kits, or bonuses at any time to maintain game balance and fairness.
These changes do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

7. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for securing your Minecraft and payment accounts.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or compromised accounts or in-game items.

8. Server Access and Data
The server team reserves the right to:
- Restrict access to any player for any reason.
- Reset player data, worlds, or progress during major updates.
- Store limited gameplay data for moderation and improvement purposes.
